My name is Kerry Spry. I'm the President and CEO at bwpcareers.com and I'm just a regular everyday guy. I was born in Atlanta, GA. and I grew up in Atlanta as well as St. Petersburg, FLA. (my home away from home). And man, I have had an awesome life! And by awesome, I mean I'm happy.

I'm a proud father of two of my greatest achievements in life. And I'm just like anyone else that fell in love early and started a family and things just didn't work out. No better. No worse. Things just didn't work out. Their mother (she's a great mother by the way), used to ask me if I could do it all over again what I would do different? Well the answer to that question is absolutely nothing because I'm grateful for the wins and the losses...both have shaped me equally. No regrets.

I've always done my best each and every day of my life in everything that I've done. And while things don't always work out exactly the way they're planned, things have still worked out the way they worked out and that's good enough for me. And going forward, if something else doesn't work out as planned then it just doesn't work out as planned. And just because things don't always work out doesn't mean that I'm going to stop trying my hardest to do the right things every single day. Nope, doesn't work like that. Just keep trying and keep taking the right path and you'll eventually end up in the right place. And if you don't end up in the right place, try to enjoy the journey that the right path had to offer and whatever that journey may have been and wherever that journey has taken you. Trust me, the right path is always the best path. And of course it's going to be a lot harder. And yes, it'll be extremely lonely from time to time. And yes, the right path will always present us with unexpected obstacles. And yes, all of our standards and morals will be challenged every single step of the way. But the rewards for doing the right things are beyond measure. But so are the consequences for doing the wrong things. But I chose the right path a long time ago, so I really can't tell you the difference anymore.

Anyways, I really have no idea why I just started rambling like this. I think I just wanted you all to know that I'm just like you.  And the reason I even added this page to our website is because I got a call one day from one of our recruiters that asked me why I wasn't smiling in my picture. So I decided to post this picture and tell you all a little bit about myself at the same time. And that has led me back to the reason that we're all here, which is the opportunity that some of you might have to come to work with me as a Virtual Independent Contract Recruiter.

Sorry, but for me, that's all I ever really think about and all I want to talk about. Perhaps a personal blog would be better at some point. But for now, I'm all about the business and the team of recruiters that makes bwpcareers.com the huge success that it is today. So before I go any further, I'd like to thank each and every one of you on our team for all of your hard work and effort. It's an absolute pleasure leading and serving you at the same time. Thank you all so much. You all are the best.

The fact of the matter is that this company and the opportunity we all have to work together is an excellent opportunity. And yes, it's 100% real. And yes, I'm 100% a real person. My office is located in Atlanta, GA. and I've been sitting at this exact same desk in the exact same location since 2006. So I'm not going anywhere. Myself and my team of recruiters (some seasoned and some with zero experience before joining our team), are the very best at what we do. We just crossed the 750-hire mark for the season in just 10 short weeks and we're only halfway through the season. And I challenge any of you to look anywhere you want and ask anybody you want if they or their company are achieving at that level. And I assure you, the answer will be no. Like I said somewhere along the way, "to be the best, try working with the best".

I think that's a perfect way to end this whatever this is...I have to get back to work anyway. Thank you all for your time and for reading this. And feel free to judge...I'm not afraid of any of that. This (whatever this is), was titled "Just As I Am" for a reason and I meant it.
